What is Pencil #2.0?
Pencil #2.0 is a step up from the ordinary #2 pencil. Pencil #2.0 gives you the answers and solving steps
to any math problem. You may be wondering how this works, and it's actually quite simple.
All you do is write out
the problem you are trying to solve, and Pencil #2.0 is programmed to take in the problem you write by how
the pencil moves on the paper. The screen on the side will show you the answer, and you can double tap the screen to get the
solving steps shown.
Pencil #2.0 is sold with:
- A charger
Your pencil runs on battery percentage which you can see on the screen in the upper left hand
corner. To plug in your pencil, you take off the eraser cap, and place the charging piece where
the eraser goes. Chargers are also sold separtaly (incase it gets lost or broken) for $45.00.
- A box of 5 pencil cap erasers.
We wouldn't want you to have to buy a whole new pencil once the eraser runs out. So instead, we
made eraser caps specifically designed to fit Pencil #2.0. You are given a pack of 5 included
with your first purchase, and can buy them separtly as well for just $10.00 for a pack of 5.
- A box of lead.
We also know how fast lead runs out, which is why Pencil #2.0 comes with a box of lead. Like any
mechanical pencil, Pencil #2.0 can be refilled. Your first purchase comes with a small box of lead, but
you can also by a box of lead separately for $8.00.
- A chip already inserted in the pencil that links with our app "Pencil #2.0. tracker".
We understand it's hard to keep track of one pencil throughout a whole school year. That's why we
inserted a tracking device in your pencil that is linkable to our app. We promise you are the only
person that can link to your tracker. If the idea of a tracking chip makes you uncomfterable, you don't
have to activate the device.
